Prior to check-in and following check-out, luggage can be left in the our deposit room.

- Can I pay using my credit card?
- Yes, all major credit cards, such as American Express, Visa, Jcb, Diners, Mastercard are accepted.
- Cancellations and charges
- Please, during your on-line booking process, see the details on our cancellation policy and charges. No charge if reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to arrival. One night charge, on credit card, in case of later cancellation. Charge on credit card of total amount of stay in case of no-show or anticipated departure.
ONLY FOR AUGUST 2009: no charge if reservation is cancelled 10 days prior to arrival. On August 15th 2009 Grand Buffet Dinner is compulsory and already included in the room rate, beverages excluded. Half board dinner on August 15th will be converted in half board lunch on the same day.
- Does the hotel offer Internet access?
- Yes, there’s an internet point at the hotel entrance and wi-fi internet connection in the congress area and in the hall to be paid on site at extra charge
- Is it possible to rent a car?
- Yes, our staff will be happy to rent a car for you through main rental companies.
